    The umbilical float tummy tuck remains my favorite procedure for abdominal rejuvenation in the right patients.  Most patients, like this one, have significant umbilical hernias which are the result of fascial weakness.   This is also the reason for their significant rectus diastasis and overall abdominal wall weakness.
