This lovely young lady came to me with significant breast hypoplasia (under developed), moderately substantial tubular (tuberous) breast deformity that was worse on the left breast and a moderately significant sternal bony deformity called a pectus excavatum with associated rib deformities. The inframammary fold incisions were made 1.5cm below the folds. This results in scars within the folds. Multiple radial cuts were made in the lower pole breast tissues and implants were placed under the pectoralis muscles. The patient and I are very happy with her result.
