    This patient had liposuction of her thighs many years ago by another plastic surgeon.  She was left with "banana rolls" or an area of fat below the buttocks.  In addition she desired a slight improvement of her lower abdomen.  Her result is excellent.  The post-op photos are early and her scar will surely fade to a fine line over the next year.
