    It wasn't until a few years ago that we could safely combine abdominal liposuction with a tummy tuck.  I'm glad we figured it out because it leads to such great results such as this one.  I removed over 6500 cc (3 two liter bottles) from each frank and abdomen.  Then a standard tummy tuck was performed.  In a year the scar will be well faded.  I think we achieved an excellent result.
