    This patient had many years of various symptoms such as mental fogginess, fatigue and chronic pain.  She had been worked up by many physicians but without a definitive diagnosis.  Believing this to be breast implant related illness I removed the implants and capsules.  Within six weeks she was feeling dramatically better.
