    This gentleman underwent gynecomastia reduction surgery, by another surgeon, 10 years prior to seeing me.  He had developed an infection in the left breast that resulted in a permanent deformity.  To correct this I performed liposuction of both breasts.  Over 500cc of fat was removed from the right and 300cc from the left.  After the liposuction was completed the permanent crease, in the skin, on the left side was freed up from the underlying tissues.  Then 50cc of fat was placed under the skin to prevent recurrence of the crease.  The fat survived and we ended up with an excellent result that the patient was very happy about.
