    This 43 year old looks much younger following conservative upper and lower lid blepharoplasty.  Minimal fat was removed from the upper lids to prevent premature aging.  The lower lid fat was redraped over the orbital rim to reduce the "bag" appearance without loss of the fat which would lead to premature aging.
