    This incredibly fun and outgoing woman was tired of the neck, shoulder and back pain associated with large breasts.  Following a significant breast reduction she was much happier and symptom free.  You can see by the position of the nipple prior to surgery, then after (at the level of the tattoo) that the nipple was lifted a significant distance.
