    This charming mom of three developed large breasts following childbirth.  She was distressed by severe neck, shoulder and back pain.  In addition she could not exercise without significant discomfort.  Following removal of 800 grams of tissue from each breast she is happy and pain free.  She is now able to exercise more and has lost weight following surgery.
