    This very charming mother of two underwent two previous breast reductions when she was younger.  After having two children she was again unhappy with the size of her breasts.  In her preoperative photos you can see that the nipples are at the appropriate position and that most of the breast tissue is below this.  Therefore, the breast reduction was performed by removing the breast tissue via liposuction then taking a wedge of skin out from the lower pole of each breast.  The patient is quite happy with the result.
