    This lovely patient had two previous breast reductions when she was much younger. After children she felt that her breasts were, again, too large for her body. Her breast reduction was performed by doing liposuction of the inferior and lateral areas of the breasts.  About 400cc of fat was removed from each breast.  After completing the liposuction the excess skin was removed in the standard "anchor" type fashion.  She is very happy and now feels that they are proportionate with her body.  The post-opertive pictures are early as the patient is leaving this area.  The redness that they have will fade over the next year.
