    This is one of my more unusual cases.  This lovely woman came to me requesting a breast reduction.  I agreed that it was an appropriate procedure but she did not need much tissue removed.  She underwent a superomedial breast reduction removing only 375 grams of tissue off of each breast.  Her result made her very proportionate and was quite excellent (if I do say so myself).  However, approximately 8 months after surgery she returned and stated that she wanted her breasts larger again.  I then performed a saline breast augmentation with 275cc implants.  So the net result of the reduction was removal of 100 grams of tissue and elevation of the nipple.  She is very happy now.
