    This is a long time patient of mine.  In 2012 she underwent a breast augmentation and periareolar (circumareolar, Bennelli) breast lift.  Although she needed a full lift she didn't want the vertical scar.  I was able to lift the nipple areolar complexes pretty well initially.  However, this lift doesn't tend to last with patients who need a full breast lift.  She came back in early 2016.  The third pictures show how much the nipple areolar complexes had dropped over the intervening three years. This is due to her tissue and having had another child.  In addition she had developed some "double bubble" deformity.  She agreed to a full breast lift.  With this lift the nipples were elevated and the breasts tightened.  She'll have a nice long lasting result now.
