    This lovely mother of two developed loss of breast volume following her pregnancies.  You'll notice that she had slight breast ptosis (drooping) and mild loss of upper pole (top of the breast) fullness.  An augmentation along would not adequately address the ptosis.  Therefore, an augmentation with low profile implants addressed the loss of upper pole fullness.  The breast ptosis was addressed with the breast lift.
