    This mom came to me with a desire for prettier breasts.  She has several issues that needed correction. First, her nipples were closer to her breast bone and had to be moved out.  Second, she has a moderately severe pectus excavatum or hollowed chest in which the breast bone is depressed inward.  This often results in abnormal rib formation which was indeed her case.  Despite these issues I think her result is quite outstanding.
