I think we can agree this woman needed a breast lift. She had excellent breast volume but severe sagging. Reducing the areolas was very important. And by using a free-hand technique I was able to limit the length of the incisions in the folds. She has healed exceptionally well as the scar are virtually gone at this point. This is very unusual and certainly not the norm for breast surgery.
