Before and After Gallery

This case illustrates several interesting points. First, the placement of breast implants enhances aspects of the breasts. In this patient's case her nipple areolar complexes are lateral or to her sides from the central axes of the breasts. Therefore, after placement of the implants the nipple areolar complexes appear more lateral or to her sides. Second, she has mild outward curvature of her sternum (breast bone) called a pectus carinatum. One-third of all people are born with chest wall deformities. Finally, as in all of my breast augmentations the incisions are made below the inframammary folds so the scars ends up in the folds and very difficult to see.
