    This lovely young lady lost over 60lbs through diet and exercise.  As a result she had somewhat deflated breasts and a bit of volume asymmetry.   In addition she had inverted nipples.  A subpectoral augmentation was performed with a slight difference in implant volumes.  The inverted nipples were corrected by cutting the adhesions and placing dermal grafts.  She has a very nice, natural result.
