    This young lady is very happy with her result but it illustrates an important point.  In her preoperative pictures you'll see that her nipples are lateral (toward her arms) more than normal.  After surgery this deviation from normal is more pronounced.  Any deviation from normal is always more pronounced after breast augmentation. We talked about this prior to surgery and decided that if it bothered her we could always move them later.
