    This lovely mother of two lost significant breast volume after her pregnancies.  Her breasts were smaller after the pregnancies then they were before.  This case illustrates that if the implants selected were not large enough to fill the skin envelope then a breast lift would have been necessary.  The implants selected were perfect for her body proportions and lost breast volume.  Also, she has a small bit of volume asymmetry that is still slightly noticeable after surgery.  This difference is too small to use different sized implants. I love this very natural result.
