    Many patients get hung up on the cc's of an implant. I match the implants to the patient's proportions, personality, activity level etc.  This patient is somewhat short but has a generous buttocks.  500cc implants actually looked really nice for her during her preoperative fitting. But due to her conservative personality we went with smaller 425cc implants. She looks fantastic and she is so happy with the result.
