Before and After Gallery

This is a great example of how breast augmentation does not correct for breast shape asymmetry. Prior to surgery the patients right breast is slightly smaller than the left. The left breast is larger and the nipple sits slightly lower than the right nipple. After surgery these minor asymmetries remain with the larger breasts. The patient did not even realize the differences between her breasts. It's my job to point these out so that patients understand what is present prior to surgery. Symmetry does not exist in nature. All patients have asymmetry, and it's beautiful. Trying to correct such minor difference is very difficult, time consuming and adds significant expense for the patient.
