Before and After Gallery

This young lady has a grade 1 form of tubular breast deformity. You'll notice that in the preoperative photos the base of the breasts, which is evident by the inframammary fold (breast crease) is tight and constricted. The breasts are narrow and elongated. But unlike more severe forms of tubular breast deformity she does not have herniation of the breast tissue into the nipple areolar complex. By releasing the inframmary fold constrictures, adding implants of different sizes to off-set the preoperative breast asymmetry and lifting the breasts the patients obtained an outstanding result. She is quite happy with the result.
