    This lovely patient came to see me for a breast reduction.  She wanted to be "as small as possible."  It's  actually a tricky surgery to take off a lot of tissue while keeping the blood supply to the nipple areolar complexes.   I removed 428g from the right and 474g from the left. That's about a pound per side.  She is very happy because she no longer has to wear a bra and the other symptoms associated with large breasts have dissipated.
