Notes: This patient underwent a right nipple sparing mastectomy followed by immediate placement of a tissue expander. At the same time she underwent a left breast lift. Following expansion an exchange of the expander for a silicone implant was performed. She was unhappy with the rippling that was present and we subsequently exchanged the silicone implant for a saline implant.
