    This lovely patient presented to me with symptoms such as chronic pain and fatigue.  She desired to have her implants removed as she felt her implants were causing breast implant illness.  On examination her right breast was found to have grade 4 (0-4) capsular contracture.  I removed the implants with complete capsulectomies.  After three months she was feeling considerably better and she has an excellent result.
