    This very lovely patient underwent an initial augmentation many years ago.  Several years later she had the original implants removed and replaced with 210cc implants.  Since that time she has had chronic pain in the breasts and back.  Clearly these second implants were too small for her proportions. Because she had plenty of natural breast tissue we agreed to remove the implants and the capsules. Following surgery she has told me that she feels incredible and that the chronic pains have resolved.
