    This young lady had a significant amount of asymmetry.  The left breast was small and the nipple more lateral.  Although we can move the nipples side to side a bit, if they are too far from the axis of the breast (the center line of the breast) it will result in a very unaesthetic result.  I moved her left nipple medially enough to improve the asymmetry but not too much to cause a poor result.
