    I like these post operative pictures because they depict the patient still in the process of the implants settling.  It takes at least three to sometimes six months for implants to settle.  You'll notice that her breasts are still a bit flat on the sides and bottoms.  I "under dissect" the pocket so that once the implants settle they won't fall off the chest wall or sit too low.  In anther couple of months she will look great.
