    Although this patient is quite young she has some deflation of her breasts.  In addition she has a pretty significant volume asymmetry.  We chose to use the high profile implants because the base diameter of moderate profile would have been too wide for her breast base width.  The visibility of the veins post-operatively often settles down but can take up to a year.
