This patient's post operative pictures are quite early but she has some very interesting anatomy. As you can see in the post operative pictures her nipple areolar complexes are pointing outward or lateral. Careful inspection of the preoperative pictures illustrates that this was the case prior to the augmentation. However, on even closer examination it becomes evident that the majority of her breast tissue is more laterally displaced. Post operatively she is happy with the size of her breasts but not the width. A possible solution could be to replace the moderate plus profile implants with high profile implants. A smaller size would be necessary to prevent too much projection.
