    This lovely woman had an approximately 50cc volume difference in her breasts. Therefore, I used implants of different volumes.  In addition, she has a bit of tightness of the left breast similar to a mild form of tubular breast deformity.  With the volume of the implants I used I felt that the breast tissue would stretch over the implants.  I think she still has a bit of tightness in the left breast that will soften over time.  Sometimes, the end result from surgery can take many months.
