    This case is a great example of the diversity of chest anatomy.  She has a very long torso and therefore her breasts sit lower on the chest wall.  Unfortunately, this is not able to be corrected.  An attempt to raise the breasts would result in nipple areolar complexes that would be low and not in the center of the breasts.  The patient understood this. The implants are perfectly placed directly behind the nipple areolar complexes and she was very happy with the outcome.
