    This lovely patient lost over 150lbs from a gastric bypass.  She was left with excess skin of much of her trunk.  We decided to do a full arm lift and extend the incisions down the sides to remove excess from her back.  She would still be able to wear a backless dress as the scars would hide on her sides.
