    This woman had significant abdominal wall laxity and extra skin following weight loss that interfered with exercise. Following a full abdominoplasty with muscle plication she was able to regain the flat abdomen she desired.  In these early post operative pictures the scar is already flap and in the early stages of fading.  Finally notice the feminine belly button in the post operative pictures-few surgeons can create this appearance.
