    This young woman's complaint was the laxity of her abdominal wall. Because she had very minimal excess skin she was a perfect candidate for an umbilical float tummy tuck.  In this procedure the belly button is detached from the abdominal wall but left attached to the skin flap. The muscles are repaired, the skin flap pulled down and the belly button reattached to the abdominal wall.  As you can see this was the best option for her as she obtained an excellent result.
