    This lovely young woman underwent an uneventful breast augmentation.  Unfortunately, she developed inframammary fold descent.  This occurs when the implants fall below the inframammary folds.  Subsequently the nipples areolar complexes will elevate.  This is a result of certain tissue qualities.  She underwent a correction of the folds and now has a very nice result three months later.
