This case represents the difficulties of breast asymmetry. This patient's right breast sits about 1" higher than her left breast. To correct this I would have to lower the right inframammary fold. This would result in elevation of the right nipple areolar complex. So then the right nipple areolar complex would have to be lowered. Most patients, this this lovely lady, are used to the asymmetry and are not interested in such extensive surgery.
