    I think the overall result here is quite good.  I'm not thrilled with how the scar pulled up on her right side.  This can happen when there's a large amount of skin excess and laxity with body asymmetry.  The scar is still low enough to hide in a bikini.  By a year the scar will disappear and the result will be excellent.
