    This lovely young lady came to me with a moderately severe form of tubular breast deformity.  The lower poles or halves of her breasts were tight and constricted but without herniation of tissue into the areolas as is found in severe tubular breast deformity.  By making multiple radial cuts in the breast tissues of the lower poles and a subpectoral augmentation we achieved an excellent correction of her tubular deformity.  She is very happy with the results.
