    Many patients would be happy with this woman's preoperative body.  However, she was unhappy with her rectus diastasis, skin laxity and excess. She had too much skin excess and an unfavorable position of her belly button so she was not a candidate for an umbilical float tummy tuck.  I think it's a good result for only five months post op.
