    This gentleman presented with grade 4 gynecomastia, the most severe form.  Via liposuction I removed 700cc (1.5lbs) of fat per breast.  In addition 25g of tissue was removed per breast.  Although he still has some excess skin we made a significant improvement in his appearance.
