    This lovely patient had undergone a breast reduction 26  years previously.  She has happy with the size of her breasts but had developed some glandular ptosis.  This occurs when a majority of the breast tissue sits below the nipple areolar complex.  This results in nipple areolar complex elevation.  This is a common long term outcome with breast reduction.  I performed a standard breast lift and we achieved a nice result.
