    As with many patients who come to me with gynecomastia this patient developed breast tissue during adolescence that did not resolve once reaching adulthood.  He had a full grade 1 bordering on a grade 2 gynecomastia.  Via liposuction 150cc of fat was removed from each breast.  Then 12g of tissue was removed per breast.  We achieved a nice male contour and the patient is no longer self-conscious about his appearance.
