    This lovely patient had her breast implants for almost 20 years. The right implant had ruptured years earlier.  She would have needed replacement of the implants and full breast lifts.   She no longer desired to have them and opted for implant removal.  I removed the implants and capsules.  Her breasts contracted nicely and she is left with soft natural breasts with no significant sagging.
