    This lovely patient underwent an augmentation, by another plastic surgeon, in 2011.  Since that time she had gained weight and breast size.  Being very active she felt that the implants impaired her activities and wanted them removed.  I always remove the implants and the surrounding capsules.  She was very happy with how her breasts felt and looked following surgery.
