Before and After Gallery

This lovely patient had undergone a breast augmentation over 35 years ago with silicone implants. On a recent mammogram the right implant was found to be ruptured. On examination she was found to have a grade 3 capsular contracture. I removed both implants and the right capsule completely. The left capsule was found to have areas of calcification. Therefore, a partial capsulectomy was performed to prevent the calcifications from damaging the new implants.
