    This lovely patient had undergone a breast augmentation in 2004 with 325cc saline implants.  After all breast augmentations the breast tissue becomes thinner over the implants.  This patient was very thin and didn't like the rippling that is common with saline implants as well as having them fall off her chest wall when laying supine.  I removed the saline implants, tightened the pockets and place new slightly larger silicone gel implants.  She is much happier as there are few ripples.
