Before and After Gallery

This case represents the changes that can occur after surgery. Her nipple areolar complexes (NAC) were placed at the same level at the time of surgery. But, because her breasts were completely different prior to surgery they settled differently. The NACs for both are in the center of each breast which is the proper position. However, her right breast settled lower on the chest wall. If I were to elevate the right it would be too high. And, lowering the left would make it too low. This just shows the asymmetry that all women have.
