    This is a great case to illustrate how difficult it is to improve volume asymmetry.  In her preoperative pictures it appears that her left breast is the larger breast.  However, on examination her left breast was actually the smaller breast.  Hence the reason I used a slightly larger implant on the left side.  I think we achieved very good symmetry.
